Spiced tea syrup
A spiced tea syrup used as a substitute for sugar. Perfect in black herbal teas. Useful for about 20/30 servings. In time for autumn and Mabon!
-INGREDIENTS-
-One teacup measure of herbal tea of your choice
-One teacup measure of mineral water
-One teacup measure of white granulated sugar
-One teacup measure of good quality dark sugar
-Tablespoon of good quality butter (Salted or not, up to you)
-Teaspoon of mixed allspice
-Two tablespoons of ground ginger powder
-Tablespoon of regular flour (Sieved!!)
-Dash of freshly grated nutmeg
-Teaspoon of honey
-Tiny dash of orange essence
